Yes. Foreigners can own property anywhere in Mexico through a bank trust called a fideicomiso. Our WHITEBOX team guides buyers through the process, and most people are surprised by how straightforward it is.
What is the payment plan?
A 30% deposit secures your residence, 40% is paid during construction and 30% on delivery. Payments are spread across the construction timeline.
What rental income can I expect?
We share rental income projections and ROI analysis during your consultation, together with the layouts and uses that make the most sense for investment buyers.
When is the expected delivery date?
Delivery is scheduled for late 2028. We will walk you through the timeline, milestones and payment schedule before you commit to anything.
Are floor plans and specifications available?
Yes. Detailed floor plans, unit specifications, the finish schedule and the full amenity package are available to registered buyers. Complete the form and the team will send the full brochure, current pricing and availability.
